1 small papaya
1 mango
4-5 dates
1/3 tsp pumpkin spice powder

1/2 cup raw cranberries
1/2 goji berries

1/2 fresh coconut meat or shredded coconut
1/2 vanilla powder
This is a great fruity raw, vegan, gluten free, fat free dessert that you can make it for Thanksgiving. Mix each color separately in the Vitamix or high speed blender. Arrange the colors in a glasses and top it off with fresh mango and goji berries. Enjoy : ) Happy Thanksgiving!
