Olenko’s Strawberry Blossom Hazelnut – Chocolate Pudding

1 cup organic hazelnuts

¼ cup organic cashews

4 TBS organic raw cacao powder

2 TBS organic lucuma powder

pinch of Himalayan pink salt

2 TBS organic maple syrup

pinch of cinnamon

1 cup pure water

½ cup of homemade Brazilian nut milk

Mix all in the Vitamix or high speed blender, don’t over-process, you still want the texture of the hazelnuts. Place the pudding in a glasses and chill in the fridge for about 1h. Serve with fresh strawberries, rosemary, coconut flakes and honey date. Enjoy : )
