- 1 cup arugula
Topping
- 1 organic pomegranate seeds
- Bragg nutritional yeast (optional)
This is very simple yet so delicious and great for Christmas dinner. Process your zucchini in spirooli. In the Vitamix mix the raw avocado sauce. Top it off with pomegranate seeds. If you want you can sprinkle some nutritional yeast on the top. Serve immediately. Amazing flavor. Merry Christmas!
