1 organic ripe pomegranate
2 very ripe persimmons
½ raw cubed sugar pumpkin
3 tangerines
raw meat from ½ Jamaican coconut
1 pice of raw ginger
4 Medjool dates
cinnamon powder
fresh sage leaves
4 TBS pure water
pinch of pumpkin spice powder
Scoop the meat from raw Jamaican coconut. In the Vitamix or food processor process raw coconut meat and dates with 2 TBS of pure water. Transfer to a dish. Place pomegranate seeds at the bottom of your glasses, then pour over half of the white coconut mixture. Then cut sugar pumpkin in half, scoop the seeds, then peel the skin off and cube the pumpkin. Next in the Vitamix mix raw cubed pumpkin, tangerines, persimmons, ginger, cinnamon and pumpkin spice with 2 TBS of pure water. When all mix well and the rest of coconut mixture. Layer over the white mixture, then top it off with pomegranate seeds, tangerine and fresh sage leave.
