
Raw cacao beans as well as bananas, chia seeds, peanuts and coconuts grow in Mexico. This is a healthy, easy, raw, vegan, gluten free, delicious alternative to ice cream that you can make at home for your kids. Tastes amazing-kids and adults love it!
3-4 ripe bananas
6 TBS raw cacao powder
3 TBS coconut oil
1 TBS maple syrup

Frozen Bananas
Cut bananas in half, peel the skins off. Place straws in the middle of each banana, if the straws are too long trim them a bit. Freeze bananas for few hours or overnight.
Raw Chocolate
In a glass pan melt the coconut oil then add raw cacao, the temperature should be 95-98F and not too hot to your touch. Keep mixing with the spoon, add maple syrup, when all mixed in and the texture is smooth turn off the stove. Take out the frozen bananas from the freezer and dip in the chocolate, use spoon to spread the chocolate evenly. Use peanuts, chia seeds, coconut shreds and cacao beans to sprinkle on the top. Eat immediately or put the back in the freezer in a glass dish and eat it later. Enjoy : )
