Here are some ideas for nutritious and pretty breakfast for you and your family. Make homemade almond milk or any other nut milk, is so easy and healthy. In the Vitamix mix dry prunes, figs, fresh mango, pear, papaya, dragon fruit, peach with bananas, fresh coconut meat and water, add cinnamon and dates. Make it nice and thick, decorate with goji, shredded coconut and cacao beans. If you want to be a little sweeter add maple syrup or raw honey. You can also add lucuma powder or mica for energy : ) enjoy!
