2 tbsp of raw oats
1 cup of fresh pomegranates
1 ½ cups of pure water
1 tbsp chia seeds
ripe banana
1 cup of raw cashews
¼ tsp cinnamon and maple syrup to your taste
Directions
Mix the chia seeds with little water, let it sit for 10-20 minutes ( it will get thick). In the Vitamix or other blender mix raw cashew with water, add banana, maple syrup and cinnamon, then divide that in half. To one half add a little bit of pomegranate, so you will get this beautiful pink color, keep the other half white. Layer each ingredient in a tall glass starting with white cashews with banana, then chia, pomegranate seeds, oats, and pink cashews. On the top add pomegranate seeds and some greens. Enjoy! You can also refrigerate it and eat it later.
