Olenko’s Super Super Superfood Balls

This guys are so easy to make and super healthy and delicious.

They are raw, gluten-free and so fun to make!

Not to mention they are so pretty too.

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup goji berries

1/2 cup dry mango pieces ( you can use dry apricots instead)

2 cups pitted Madjool dates

1 cup walnuts

2 TBS chia seeds

2 TBS shredded coconut

2 TBS raw cacao powder

pinch of pink Himalayan salt

pinch of cinnamon powder

5 drops of Young Living Vitality orange essential oil ( you can use lemon, tangerine or Citrus Fresh too)

Directions:

1.Place all ingredients in the food processor and process until the mixture starts to combine.

2.If you don’t have therapeutic grade essential oils you can add lemon juice or lemon zest instead.

3. Process until smooth, but don’t over process the mixture.

4.Taste the mixture and add more spices or essential oils if you like.

6.Store the balls in the glass container in the fridge or freezer and use it as a quick pick me up snack! Enjoy!
