
I love snow and winter season, when everything looks so beautiful, like Winter Wonderland. This is a simple gluten free, vegan, raw X-mass cake. So healthy and yummy : ) you can even eat it for breakfast.
White
2 ripe organic bananas
½ cup organic cashews
½ pure water
½ organic lemon (juiced)
Mix all in the Vitamix. Pour into a cake dish and freeze for 1 hour
Red
2 cups organic strawberries
Mix all in the Vitamix. Pour into a cake dish on the top of the white layer and freeze for 1 hour
Green
1 ½ TBS pure organic spirullina powder
1 ripe organic banana
½ cup organic cantaloupe
1 organic kiwi
½ cup pure water
Mix all in the Vitamix. Pour into a cake dish on the top of the red layer and freeze until solid, about 1 hour.
When ready to serve top it of with raw cranberries, shredded coconut and sweet pea shoots. Enjoy! Happy Holiday and Merry Christmas!
