Black beans with raw mango salsa in a purple cabbage wrap from @mikesorganicdelivery

To make the beans- soak them overnight. Then cook them for 20 min. Salsa is cubed mango, red onion, cilantro, lime and lemon juice, red pepper, spices and sea salt. Serve with lemon, baby tomatoes and cilantro on the bed of purple cabbage. So good!
