- 2-3 large organic raw Portobello mushrooms
- 2 TBS raw coconut vinegar by Coconut Secrets
- 2 TBS raw coconut aminos By Coconut Secrets
- pinch of cayenne or Chipolte pepper
- pinch of cumin
- pinch of paprika
- pinch of Pink Himalayan salt
- 3-4 TBS of pure water
- few pieces of fresh basil
Wash organic mushrooms and slice them, place them in a large glass bowl with the rest of ingredients. Sprinke fresh basil at the top. Mix all with your hands. Place at the bottom of a dehydrator for 110 F for about 3-4 hours, if you don’t have dehydrator you can let it marinate at the room temperature for about 5-6h. They taste amazing, great on a sandwich, over the salad, with veggies or quinoa.
Olenko’s Magical Rainbow Mushroom with Purple Cabbage and Quinoa
- cook about 1-2 cups organic quinoa
- handful of organic raw spinach
- organic fresh basil
- organic lemon
- organic sweet pea shoots
- organic pomegranate seeds
- organic purple cabbage
Use the purple cabbage as a dish, place spinach, quinoa, Olenko’s Magical Rainbow Mushrooms. Top it off with extra basil, sweet pea shoots, pomegranate seeds, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice. Enjoy it tastes amazing : )
