Ingredients
- 2 cups of organic fresh tomatoes (cubed)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 cups of pure water
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2 cup of organic baby arugula
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- black pepper (to your taste)
- a pinch of Cayenne pepper
- curry spice ( to your taste)
- 1 small onion
- 2 pieces of organic celery ( sliced)
- Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar (to your taste)
- Bragg Nutritional Yeast (to your taste)
- cinnamon to your taste
- 3-4 pieces of garlic
- 1 cup of chopped fresh parsley and cilantro
- fresh lemon juice
- flax seeds, hemp seeds or chia seeds to your taste
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in the Vitamix, or other blender until smooth and slightly warm. Add more liquid if needed. You can also add a little coconut oil. If you don’t have baby arugula spinach works great too, but you may have to add a little more of fresh lemon juice. Add seeds and mix it with the spoon. Garnish with sweet peas shoots and swiss chard or kale chips. Homemade crackers made from juice pulp on the side. Enjoy!
