
Homemade raw almond milk is so easy to make at home. Use 1 cup if organic raw almonds, soaked 8-12 hours, in the Vitamix mix them with 4 cups of pure water add 3 dates or agave with 1tsp of pure vanilla liquid extract or powder and dash of cinnamon. Blend together until smooth, then use a strainer or cheese cloth and strain the milk. Store it in the fridge for 3 days. I love to put few pieces of dry cardamon in my milk.
